By working closer to the source, we know where our coffee comes from, who grew it and the story behind each lot. It also allows us to build long-term relationships with producers and bring their coffee to Australia with fewer steps in between.
From our roastery in North Williamstown, Melbourne, we roast to order and supply coffee to roasters, cafés, businesses and people brewing at home. Whether it’s green coffee for a roaster, a wholesale program for a café, or freshly roasted beans delivered to your door, the connection to origin remains the same.

The roastery
We roast on Loring S7 Nighthawk and S15 Falcon roasters, supported by an IMF smart silo system and Sanremo D8 Pro for cupping and quality control. The same professional equipment we use to roast and refine our own coffees is also available to the brands we work alongside through our co-roasting services.
