From the Lasso family’s El Diviso farm in Bruselas, Huila, this coffee is grown high in Colombia’s southern mountains, where cool nights and slow cherry ripening help build sweetness, clarity and depth.

It is a coffee shaped by generations of family knowledge and a thoughtful, modern approach to quality — expressive, refined and made to be enjoyed slowly.

    At El Diviso, Bourbon Ají has found a remarkable home in the highlands of Huila, Colombia. The variety has adapted beautifully to the farm’s unique conditions, guided by the careful hands and generations of knowledge of the Lasso family.

    Grown at 1,750 metres near Pitalito, El Diviso is a family-run farm where each lot is separated by variety and ripeness, then carefully processed to bring out its own character.

    Every step is handled with patience and precision, creating a clean, sweet and beautifully expressive cup.

    • Juicy and expressive, with vibrant red fruit and fresh strawberry sweetness, balanced by smooth chocolate character. Bright enough to stay lively, yet comforting and rounded through the finish.
