What grind size should I choose for my brew method?

Choose Whole Beans if you have a grinder at home for maximum freshness. Otherwise, select Espresso for espresso machines and Moka pots, Filter for V60 or AeroPress, and Coarse / Plunger for French Press or Cold Brew.

    Derived from a cross between Catuai and a Timor hybrid, this variety was developed with the aim of combining resistance to diseases such as rust whilst preserving an exceptional and unusual sensory profile in the cup, characterised by a velvety body and sweet, exotic fruity and florals notes – the result of combining the terroir of Panama, Edilberto Moreno’s passion, applied with dedication and care at every stage of production, resulting in this unrivalled washed Catigua, which will undoubtedly remind you of that classic coffee you never wanted to run out of.

    • Bright, floral and beautifully expressive, with citrus acidity and a juicy açaí-like berry sweetness. Grown beneath native shade trees in Panama’s highlands, it delivers a clean and vibrant cup with a refined sweetness.
