    Origin & Process

High in Panama’s Jurutungo hills, Edilberto grows Catuai at Moreno Coffee Farm, near the renowned La Esmeralda farms. At 1,800 metres, the coffee is honey-processed: the cherries are pulped, then dried with some of their sweet fruit mucilage still around the beans. It’s a thoughtful process that brings caramel sweetness and a rounded chocolate character, lifted by grapefruit and delicate florals as the cup cools.
