Is our house blend that celebrates coffees from awesome coffee producing countries: Colombia and Ethiopian. We take a fresh Supremo washed Colombia offering that provides delicate florals and juicy texture, and incorporate a natural processed coffee that promotes pungent fruits and natural sugars from Ethiopian. 

The result is indeed better than the sum of its parts. If you miss the long days of summer then Premium Blend is your cup of sunshine. With a floral aroma, notes of berries and apple, along with the tannins and sweetness of sweetness, you'll be leaving the house wearing shorts all year long.

A 70/30 blend of washed Colombian Supremo and natural-processed Ethiopian coffee, built for consistency rather than a single lot's story. Milk chocolate and toffee, with a light apple note. Medium roast, part of our everyday Blue Line.

What grind size should I choose for my brew method?

Choose Whole Beans if you have a grinder at home for maximum freshness. Otherwise, select Espresso for espresso machines and Moka pots, Filter for V60 or AeroPress, and Coarse / Plunger for French Press or Cold Brew.

How recently was this coffee roasted?

We roast in small batches multiple times a week. Your coffee is dispatched within 24–48 hours of roasting to ensure you receive it at peak freshness.

Is this coffee best suited for milk-based drinks or black coffee?

Check the flavor profile on the product label. Our Espresso Blends are crafted to cut through milk perfectly for Flat Whites and Lattes, while our Single Origins shine best as black espresso or filter brews.

    Origin & Process

    Sourced from smallholder farmers in Piendamó, Cauca, this Colombian component is grown at 1,842 metres and washed for a clean, balanced cup. It brings a sweet, structured foundation to the blend, sitting beautifully beneath its chocolate, crisp apple and toffee notes.

    From Ethiopian, widely regarded as the birthplace of Arabica, this high-grown Yirgacheffe carries a little of coffee’s earliest story. At around 1,800 metres, the coffee cherries are dried whole using the natural process, one of coffee’s oldest methods. This time-honoured approach brings a fruit-sweet lift to our blend, balancing the clean, washed Colombian base.

    With naturally processed Yirgacheffe Moki from Ethiopian. Cauca brings sweetness and structure, fruit-forward lift.
