Grown at 1,800 masl in Santander, Colombia, Super Castillo is selectively hand-picked and traditionally washed, producing a bright, elegant and refined cup with notes of red citrus, ruby grapefruit and hibiscus, a silky body and a clean, lingering finish.

As part of our regenerative farming practices, we incorporate El Regenerador, a soil conditioner used at Hacienda Altamira. Independent testing by Analytical MicroLabs, from Geelong VIC, found no detectable glyphosate, AMPA or glufosinate, as well as no detectable cadmium, lead, arsenic or mercury in the roasted coffee sample, with all results below the laboratory detection limit of 0.010 mg/kg.

What grind size should I choose for my brew method?

Choose Whole Beans if you have a grinder at home for maximum freshness. Otherwise, select Espresso for espresso machines and Moka pots, Filter for V60 or AeroPress, and Coarse / Plunger for French Press or Cold Brew.
